It has been over 40 year since the first ‘Rocky’ film was released, and eight movies later it seems Sylvester Stallone has no plans of slowing down. The actor recently revealed he is working on a treatment for a ‘Rocky’ prequel series. Stallone shared images of the two page pitch idea for the series, and fans are already asking for more.
According to Comicbook.com, this is not the first time Sylvester Stallone has talked about a potential ‘Rocky’ prequel series, but now he has revealed he is hard at work coming up with ideas for the series. “I started out this morning by writing a treatment for a Rocky prequel For streaming. Ideally 10 episodes for a few seasons to really get to the heart of the Characters in there younger years - Here is a small portion of how my creative writing Process starts…Hope it happens,” Stallone captioned the photo.
While Stallone has an idea of what he would want the prequel series to look like, nothing has been made official at this time. Still, many fans are hoping this idea happens. However, the actor also shared photos of him fishing in the same post, so hopefully he doesn’t get too distracted while working on the project, or else it may be years away.
