Traveling didn’t exactly go as planned for many this year on Christmas. While a number of airlines have been complained about during the holiday season fiasco, none have taken more hits than Southwest Airlines. Between cancelled flights and lost luggage, a large number of travelers were affected, but luckily for one Texas family they were able to finally find their bags after spotting it on a news report about lost luggage.

Cecilia and Omar Guerrero of New Braunfels were set to travel back home from Orlando on Christmas Eve when their flight was cancelled. Luckily, they were able to find a replacement flight and get home in time for Christmas morning, but sadly their luggage was one of many lost in the shuffle. After five days of no update on the missing bag, Cecilia went searching online for more information when she found a news clip about missing Southwest bags.

According to KXAN, Guerrero was able to spot her missing bag in the background of the clip. Once at the airport, they were able to find the rest of the family’s luggage, which included holiday gifts for their daughter along with makeup, knickknacks and other essentials. While it was a stressful traveling experience, at least they now have everything back in their possession.
