There are many reasons why DFW has attracted so many new residents in recent years. Whether it’s the business opportunities, cost of living, crime rates or anything else, the population in North Texas continues to grow. Now, a new report has given people yet another reason to move to the metroplex, as multiple North Texas cities just made the list of the best real estate markets in America for 2023.
Personal finance website WalletHub recently unveiled their list of the most attractive real estate markets in America. According to Dallas Culture Map, North Texas was all over the list with McKinney taking the number one spot, followed by Frisco at number two. Both cities have made the top five every year since 2021, with Frisco ranked number one last year.
Also making the top 10 was Denton at number four and Allen at six. The only other Texas city to make the top 10 was Austin at number eight. Based on this report, it seems the DFW population boom won’t be ending any time soon.
