The Texas Rangers have been celebrating their 50th anniversary this season, which has meant some pretty awesome surprises for fans throughout the year. While there have been plenty of giveaways for fans at the stadium and watching at home, the latest is for the team’s followers on social media. For the second time this year, the team will be giving away a custom pair of rare Air Jordans.
Over the weekend, the Texas Rangers’ official twitter account notified fans of their second 50th anniversary shoe giveaway of the year. This giveaway will feature 1 of 1 1980’s retro Rangers Jordan 1’s. According to CW33, the shoes were created by Jake Danklefs of Dank & Co.
All fans have to do for their chance to win the shoes is retweet the Rangers’ tweet announcing the giveaway. The team will notify the winner when selected. These shoes will definitely make other Rangers fans very jealous.
