When the Dallas Cowboys starting building AT&T Stadium in Arlington, there wasn't much in the area other than The Texas Rangers ballpark, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor. However, since then the area has become a sports fan's dream, with multiple state of the art stadiums and Texas Live! to keep the party going after games. Now, the Texas Rangers have announced a new attraction being added to the area; a luxury apartment complex set to open in 2024.
The Texas Rangers have teamed up with The Cordish Companies to bring a new upscale residential building to the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District. The new apartments will be located at Nolan Ryan Expressway in the Entertainment District, close to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, AT&T Stadium, Texas Live!, Live! by Loews, Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center, and the National Medal of Honor Museum, according to Dallas Culture Map.
The luxury apartment complex will include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and penthouse apartment homes, as well as a parking garage with 423 spaces. Some of the features are an expansive exterior amenity deck, green spaces, outdoor infinity edge pool, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, office workspace, exclusive resident events, and concierge services. Soon Rangers fans will truly never have to leave the action.
