As anyone looking to buy a home knows, finding the perfect piece of property can be a difficult task, unless of course money isn’t an issue. Sadly, that’s not the case for most, but for those in DFW with quite a few million to spare, the perfect home may soon be hitting the market. It was recently announced that the home long considered the most expensive estate in North Texas will soon be up for sale again, this time with a price tag of $60 million.

One of the metroplex’s most iconic homes, the 15-acre Crespi Estate, is being listed for sale by real estate agents with Dallas’ Allie Beth Allman & Associates. The 27,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom, five-bath mansion was once owned by former Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars owner, Tom Hicks. However, it has been owned by a trust of Dallas’ Cox family since 2019, according to Dallas Morning News.

Now, the home located near the northwest corner of Walnut Hill and the Dallas North Tollway may soon change ownership once again. The home also includes a 3,347-square-foot guesthouse and a 4,836-square-foot pool house on landscaped grounds. For anyone with $60 million to spare, the most expensive house in DFW could be theirs.
