Three of the couples renovation homes will become available for rent in 2021, giving fans the chance to vacation Chip and Joanna style.
It was announced recently by the couple’s lifestyle brand, Magnolia, that the Carriage House, Hillcrest Estate and Magnolia House will all be available as vacation rentals for the first half of the upcoming New Year. All three homes are located in Waco, Texas, where the couple’s empire is located. Carriage House and Magnolia House were renovated by the couple during season three of HGTV’s ‘Fixer Upper.’
The rentals range from $545 per night to $995 per night depending on the home and date of rental. Each home must be rented for a minimum of two nights. For any fan of Chip and Joanna Gaines, this is the closest you’ll get to living like Texas royalty.
