When music fans are asked what band they wish they could see live, one of the most common answers is; the Beatles. Sadly, unless time travel is invented those fans will never get that opportunity. However, they can go see Todd Rundgren and Christopher Cross who recently announced plans to go on tour as a Beatles tribute band.

Back in 2019, Todd Rundgren and Christopher Cross teamed up to tour the country performing the Beatles ‘White Album.’ Now, the two are back with an all-star band, this time playing songs from ‘Rubber Soul’ and ‘Revolver.’ “This time we thought: Wouldn’t it be great if we played the best songs the Beatles ever recorded for a change? Rubber Soul and Revolver are the boys peaking in front of our eyes and redefining what pop music would be for the foreseeable future. This is going to be fun,” said Rundgren.

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, Rundgren and Cross will be joined by Denny Laine, who was a founding member of the Moody Blues and Wings. The tour kicks off in March, and will be in Dallas on March 20. For Beatles fans, this may be as close to the Fab 4 as they will ever get.
