It has been quite some time since many music fans have been to a live concert in person. Luckily, for those that can't wait much longer a new documentary is on the way that should help hold them over. The trailer for 'Long Live Rock…Celebrate the Chaos' featuring members of Guns N Roses, Metallica and more was released recently, and it includes plenty of live concert footage.
The upcoming documentary was filmed at a number of music festivals over the last few year, and includes commentary from musicians such as Metallica's Lars Ulrich, Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, Slipknot's Corey Taylor, Guns N' Roses' Duff McKagan and more, according to NME. The film follows "passionate fans as they take time out from their everyday lives to commune with their 'rock families,'" along with shining a light on "the unspoken truths that are unfortunately too commonplace in the rock 'n roll world for both artists and fans, such as substance abuse and depression."
The new documentary is set to premiere March 11. Many fans are excited for the upcoming film after seeing the trailer. Hopefully this doesn't make too many fans miss concerts even more than they already do.
