There are many people who fear we are inching closer and closer to the robots taking over. However, apparently humans aren’t the only ones scared of these machines. As seen in a clip that recently went viral, even an alligator was scared off after a recent run in with a robot.
The city of Oviedo, Florida has some high-tech machinery helping to fix their roads these days. The city recently sent out one of their wheeled robots to investigate in the storm pipes while fixing potholes when it ran into something unexpected. According to BroBible, the robot ran into a 5 ft alligator inside the storm pipe.
Surprisingly, the alligator doesn’t attack the robot, but instead seems frightened, eventually turning around and heading the other way. Experts have categorized the alligator in the video as a “teenager.” Maybe when it gets a little older, it’ll attack the robot without issue.
