There may not be any casinos in Texas, but luckily for those in DFW “The world’s biggest casino” is just a short trip up I-35 away. Winstar World Casino has long been a popular destination for North Texans, and now they have announced yet another addition to attract visitors. The casino will launch Lucas Oil Live in May, a new 250,000-square-foot entertainment venue that will host some of the biggest acts in the world.
Winstar World Casino recently announced a partnership with Lucas Oil for their new 6,500-seat entertainment venue. The venue, which opens in May, will include new VIP, club and suite seating. According to Dallas Morning News, Lucas Oil Live will replace Winstar’s Global Event Center, which was renovated in 2022 into a non-smoking gaming destination.

“This opportunity presents us with a chance to reach new audiences of vehicle owners and drivers who can benefit from our products, and we are extremely proud to have the Lucas name associated with WinStar’s new events arena, an entertainment destination that will serve as host to some of the nation’s best live music and events,” said Morgan Lucas, president of Lucas Oil. With this new venue, DFW will soon have another great place to see a show just a short trip away.
