
Pickleball has completely taken over the recreational sports world, with courts popping up all over the country. These miniature tennis courts can be found in parks, shopping centers, strip malls and now office buildings. This week, The Tower Club in Dallas launched the world’s highest pickleball courts on the 48th floor the sky rise building.
Tower Club Dallas is usually only open to club members, but throughout the month of July all of DFW will be welcome to check out the new ‘Pickleball in the Sky’ courts on the building’s 48th floor. The new pickleball courts are being called the “highest in the world,” featuring an incredible 360-degree view of the city.
According to Fox 4 News, renting a court costs $45 per person, per hour. "The ‘Pickleball Court in the Sky’ is just another example of engaging with the pickleball fans in Dallas and continuing the growth of the sport across our nationwide portfolio of clubs," said David Pillsbury, CEO of Invited. With these new courts, pickleball is officially unavoidable in DFW.
