In honor of Women’s History Month, which wrapped up yesterday, a study conducted by CoworkingCafe wanted to highlight which cities across the country served as the best hub for female entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses.
And a Texas town landed in the No. 1 spot.
According to MySA.com, Austin was ranked the best metro in the nation for female entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses based across three key factors: women's entrepreneurship, economic context and labor and talent pool.
It ranked as the only Texas city in the top ten, with Dallas falling just short at No. 11.

1 – Austin, TX
2 – Denver, CO
3 – Raleigh, NC
4 – Washington D.C.
5 – Atlanta, GA
6 – Miami, FL
7 – Jacksonville, FL
8 – Orlando, FL
9 – Tampa, FL 1
0 – Charlotte, NC
