It’s looking as though musician and actor Jack Black will be jamming with the School Of Rock kids, who are not exactly kids anymore, 20 years after the film’s original release.

While various cast members have reunited in the past for special occasions, Jack Black confirmed in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight that he’s planning an epic reunion with his now-all-grown-up School of Rock co-stars, which includes Miranda Cosgrove, Joey Gaydos Jr., Rivkah Reyes, Aleisha Allen, Brian Falduto, Caitlin Hale, and more later this year to celebrate 20 years since the beloved comedy’s release.
“All those kids, dig this, they were 10 years old when we made that movie and now they’re all, like, 30,” Dewey... err... Black told ET. “We’re gonna get together and have a 20-year anniversary. We like to jam. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the grownups from ‘School of Rock.'” Though he didn't say whether this gathering would be for the screen, a performance, or otherwise, Black did promise "100 per cent" to share social media pics and clips of whatever form the reunion takes later this year.

Last year, Black told ET that his role as Dewey Finn in 'School of Rock' was one of the higher points of his career, saying the "best memories are just that group of kids, and how funny and great they were.” Adding, “it’s definitely the highlight of my career, I can say that. Honestly.”
Jack Black is currently promoting his latest project, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, in theaters now.
