Every neighborhood has one house that goes above and beyond every year for Halloween. However, one house in California may have went a little too far this year. Apparently their decorations are so realistically it has led to multiple neighbors calling the police.
The house, located is Riverside, California, not only has the standard Halloween decorations, such as skeletons and spider webs, but their latest addition makes it look like there is a fire inside the home. “We’ve been adding things every year. It started with just skeletons, then we added a cannon in the back and the ship, the pretend fire on the side,” said homeowner Carmen Long.
While the point of Halloween decorations is to scar people, many neighbors feel the fake fire may be taking things too far. Since putting up their Halloween decorations police have been called to the home multiple times. If this is what they thought of this year, it will be interesting to see how they top it in 2021.
