It looks like Barbie and Ken will be doing a little bit of head-banging in the upcoming Barbie flick according to Mammoth WVH frontman Wolfgang Van Halen's teases after seeing the premiere.

Set for release on June 21, the soundtrack contributions for 2023's live-action Barbie, featuring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and Will Ferrell, is already one for the ages with the inclusion of artists like Billie Eilish, Nicki Minaj, Tame Impala, Sam Smith, and tons more. Now, Mammoth WVH's Wolfgang Van Halen has shared some interesting behind-the-scenes goodness for guitar fans.
Wolfgang explained in a series of tweets how his "buddy" and super-producer Mark Ronson hit him up earlier this year, "needing my 'mammoth guitar sound' and I happily obliged," adding he was, "honored for the opportunity to contribute some guitar playing throughout this hilarious/surreal/heartfelt movie."
Luckily, Wolfie had plenty of Kenergy after the flick to give fans a few details about his involvement on the film's soundtrack, on which he says he provided "textural" layers as well as a solo on Ryan Gosling's big number.
Taking a look at the tracklisting below, that "big" Gosling song would have to be "I'm Just Ken," which Wolfie says also features Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash. You can get a taste above, but he adds you'll have to see the movie to get the full experience.
