Man arrested for allegedly threatening to blow up Ulta with marker messages all over his face

A Louisiana man with colorful scribbles all over his face is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to blow up an Ulta Beauty store in Alabama.

Timothy Lincoln, 42, was allegedly talking on the phone and standing outside of the store in Opelika, about 60 miles east of Montgomery, when an employee overheard him making the violent threat, according to a probable cause arrest affidavit obtained by Law&Crime. It happened around 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 19.

During the call, Lincoln allegedly said: "I'm going to blow this s**t up."

The employee immediately notified her managers and the store was evacuated.  Police responded to the scene and cleared the building. Lincoln was taken into custody without incident.

Investigators haven't said why Lincoln made the alleged threat. The complaint did not mention whether Lincoln entered the store or if he possibly had a prior dispute with the business, Law&Crime noted.

Lincoln's mugshot shows his face covered with colorful scribbles and his beard colored blue. It appears the letters "INRI" are written across his forehead, along with what looks like a drawn-on thorn crown. INRI is an acronym a Latin phrase which translates to "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews".

Police have not commented on the markings, WRBL reported.

Lincoln is now charged with making a terrorist threat, a Class C felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. He's also reportedly been banned from Ulta for life.
