Pittsburgh schools also sent a letter to parents Wednesday informing them a district employee has self-quarantined for 14-days.
The unidentified worker has a child living in Eastern PA who recently traveled to the Pittsburgh area and is also under self-quarantine after possible exposure to the virus in Washington, D.C.
The campus at Butler County Community College is closed as a precaution through Sunday.
A college employee's spouse became ill after a trip to an area where with confirmed cases of coronavirus.
No reported or confirmed cases of coronavirus at any BCCC facility.
Add Carlow to the list of universities moving classes online in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Pitt, Penn State, CMU, Duquesne and WVU are all shifting to online-only classes.
There are still no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Pittsburgh or Western Pennsylvania.
