Say It & Win!

For the on-air contest Say It & Win, listen for the cue to call 800-232-5784 or each weekday starting on April 3, 2023 and ending on May 19, 2023 between the hours of 4:00pm PT - 4:59pm PT and be the designated caller (as announced on-air prior to the cue to call) to get the opportunity to win a prize by playing Say it and Win (the “Game”). To play the Game, the selected caller will have ten (10) seconds to say “K-EARTH 101” as many times as they can. Each time the caller clearly and completely states “K-EARTH 101,” upon verification, he/she will be awarded one hundred dollars ($100). The on-air personality will instruct the caller when he/she may start and will also be the judge of how many times the caller successfully said K-EARTH 101 clearly and completely in the allotted time. The on-air personality may consult with another witness inside the studio to help determine the number of times “K-EARTH 101” was clearly and completely said. The on-air personality reserves the right to stop the Game at any time and make the caller start over with a new set of ten (10) seconds for any reason including, but not limited to, the caller saying the phrase incorrectly. The on-air personality is not at any time required to allow the caller to restart their ten (10) second limit. At the time of their call, each caller will be required to provide all information requested including entrant’s full name, complete address (including zip code), day and evening phone numbers and date of birth in order to be eligible to win. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. In the event that the selected caller is disconnected or is found to be ineligible, the next eligible caller who successfully makes it through on the call-in line and completes the call may be given the opportunity to play the Game. *An individual may enter this Contest as often as they desire, but any one (1) individual may only be a verified Winner and receive the announced prize one (1) time in this Contest, and there may only be one (1) verified Winner per household (i.e., at the same address), whether related or not, in this Contest. There will be up to thirty-five (35) winners selected in this contest. The Approximate Retail Value of each prize will vary, and will be awarded in the form of a corporate check and will be mailed approximately three (3) months after the Station receives all required paperwork back from each Winner.
