Culver City police searching for suspects in bus transit robbery

CULVER CITY, Calif. (KNX) — Culver City Police Officers are investigating an armed robbery that happened on Sunday.

At 10:45 p.m. officers responded to the Culver City Bus Transfer Station following a call of an armed robbery.

The victim told the officers he was on the bus bench when a suspect flashed a black handgun at the victim and “demanded (the victim’s) property”, according to a press release.

The suspect then took off in a dark-colored, 4-door sedan, officials said.

Police described the suspect who held the gun was described as 25 to 30 years old and wore a gray and black hooded sweatshirt and a blue bandana over his face. The other suspect, who was driving the car, was described as being between 25 to 30 years old.
