
Police continued efforts Wednesday to locate a man suspected of invading four residences in the East Hollywood and Silver Lake area and committing a sexual assault.

The "hot prowl" residential burglaries occurred early Saturday morning, according to detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Northeast Area division.
One of the burglaries also involved a sexual assault, police said.
In an updated news release Wednesday, police said the crimes were committed at the following locations:
--1200 block of Manzanita Ave.;
--4600 block of Prospect Ave.; and
--1100 block of New Hampshire Ave.
Detectives described the suspect as a man between 20-35 years old with a thin build and approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall. According to police, he was last seen wearing dark athletic pants, black shoes with a white logo, a dark-colored sweatshirt or windbreaker, and a dark-colored hat.
