A man was fatally shot in Pico Rivera, authorities said Friday.
Sheriff's deputies responded at approximately 9:50 p.m. Thursday to the 9300 block Slauson Avenue, between Rosemead and Passons boulevards, where they found the victim lying on the sidewalk near a bus stop, said homicide Lt. Daniel Vizcarra.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
