Authorities are investigating after an online shopper had more than just groceries delivered to his home.
Phil Smith, from England, just wanted to restock his freezer. But he was left "disgusted and sickened" when he retrieved his grocery delivery and found something foul in his $186 order.
"All this poo fell out and I was totally shocked. I thought, 'What on Earth is this?'" Smith told Metro UK. "I checked another bag and saw diarrhea."
"I am quite squeamish as it is and this was disgusting and sickening," he added.
Smith contacted the company, Iceland Groceries, which he claims has been flippant with him. He said he doesn't want any special treatment, but he would like a refund for his order.
The company told Metro UK they are conducting an internal investigation.
