Metro A Line service halted following downtown L.A. shooting

LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Service on the Metro A Line was paused Saturday night following a shooting in downtown Los Angeles.

It occurred around 9:10 p.m. at Washington Boulevard and Long Beach Avenue.

Following the shooting, the Metro A Line Service was suspended at the Seventh and Metro Center, according to Metro spokesman Jose Ubaldo.

One person was shot, KTLA reported. Their condition is unknown at this time.

The suspect left the scene on a bike.
