LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Los Angeles County deputies are searching for three suspects following a break-in and robbery at a Calabasas restaurant.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. at Pedalers Fork on Monday. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said the three suspects tried to break into a safe, but were interrupted by an employee who arrived for their work shift.
While suspect three ran away, deputies said suspect two continued to use a Sawzall on the safe as suspect one “kicked the victim multiple times in the back and neck and grabbed his cellphone and car keys from his pocket.”
Suspects one and two took off in a Toyota Sedan with $4100 in cash.
