For $299, a Trump-licensed company is selling sneakers depicting the assassination attempt

While the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump hasn't improved his standing in the polls, he appears to be attempting to benefit from the shooting in another way.

CIC Ventures LLC – a company reportedly owned by Trump – on Tuesday unveiled its new "Fight Fight Fight High-Tops" sneakers that feature a photo of a bloodied Trump with his fist in the air.

According to the product webpage, which features a crudely photoshopped image of the shoe, "These limited edition high-tops, featuring Trump's iconic image with his fist raised, honor his unwavering determination and bravery."

"Despite the attack, Trump stood tall and resilient, leading the crowd with the powerful chant 'Fight, Fight, Fight,'" the website says, urging customers to "show your support and patriotic pride with these exclusive sneakers, capturing a defining moment in history."

However, if you're interested in wearing an image of a bloodied Trump on your feet, it's going to cost you. The shoes are being sold for $299 a pair.

What's more is you'll have to act quickly to get them; CIC Ventures is making only 5,000 pairs.

Ten pairs of the shoes will also be "randomly autographed."

The shoes, which are made to order, are expected to ship in September or October.

According to reports, Trump reported owning CIC Ventures LLC in his 2023 financial disclosure. However, the website notes that "Trump Sneakers are not designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization or any of their respective affiliates or principals," and that the company uses the "Trump name, image and likeness under a license agreement."
