
The woman run over and killed at a Toyota dealership in Mission Hills has been identified.
TMZ identified the woman as Yadira Calito, who also happened to be a nanny for the son of singer Katharine McPhee and musician David Foster.
On Aug. 9, an elderly woman lost control of her Toyota RAV4 and drove through the customer waiting area of the dealership. Calito was struck and became trapped under the car. She was quickly pulled out by bystanders and taken to the hospital where she died.
Two employees were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the driver was not injured and that she was not arrested.
Following Calito’s death, McPhee her final two shows in Asia, citing in a post on Instagram that “a horrible tragedy in our family and at least one of us needs to get back home to our family.”
The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
