Khloé Kardashian opened up about the ramifications of the skin cancer she revealed in 2022.

Kardashian took to her Instagram Stories recently to discuss having a melanoma spot removed, according to PEOPLE.

In a mirror selfie showcasing her cheek, the Good American founder wrote on the Story: “Not that we needed the arrow to show the huge indentation on the side of my face but because we had to remove a tumor from my cheek, I was left with an indentation.”

She continued, “I am definitely not complaining because I would rather have an indentation than melanoma any day. I am so incredibly grateful to all the doctors who helped and continue to help me with my skin cancer journey.”

As Kardashian’s Stories continued, she shared more before-and-after photos of her face and told followers she would be getting the indentation filled-in with cosmetics injections.

“This is my indentation before my Armenian tribe helped fill my cheek with the ok from Dr Fischer. I waited over nine months to get this filled by the way. Patience is everything and of course we have to make sure medically everything is all safe,” she wrote on a before image.

“I look insane in these pics but I’m just happy that my face is slowly coming back together ha! I don’t even know how else to word this,” she captioned.

In a season 3 episode of “The Kardashians,” she revealed how she though her melanoma spot was a zit for nearly a year.

“It’s melanoma, and for my age, it’s incredibly rare,” she said at the time.
