90210 actress Tori Spelling is spilling the tea on her late costar, Luke Perry.

During a recent episode of Spelling and Jennie Garth’s 90210MG Podcast, the actress shared the moment Perry confided in her about his secret relationship with superstar, Madonna.
“I will never forget him pulling me into his dressing room and telling me,” she shared. “I felt so confided in. ‘Oh, my God, he’s telling me about Madonna.’” Spelling continued on to share that Perry proved validity by playing a voicemail left by Madonna on his phone.
“Remember how we used to have answering machines, you guys? He played me a message from her,” she said. “I was like, ‘You’re the coolest person in the whole world. One, cause you’re Luke Perry, and two, because Madonna wants you.’”
The news of a relationship between Madonna and Perry isn’t a complete shock to most, as romance rumors flew in the early 90s about a possible fling between the two after Madonna reportedly requested Perry fill in for a sick Elizabeth Taylor, who was scheduled to present her an award at an event for American Foundation for AIDS Research. The story made the cover of Vanity Fair in ’92.
Despite it all, Garth wondered why she wasn’t confided in by Perry like Spelling was.
“Jen, we kept these things from you because [that’s something] you would want to hear,” Spelling laughed in response to Garth. Well, now we all know!
