The Red Raiders came out hot, led wire to wire and crushed the Jayhawks 91-62.
KU trailed by 25 at the half and never really was in the game.
Dedrick Lawson led the Jayhawks with 14 points and 5 rebounds and was the only Jayhawk to reach double figure in scoring while Texas Tech had 4 players in double figures led by Jarrett Culver with 26.
The loss sets up a must win game against rival K-State at Allen Field House on Monday if KU has any hopes of once again winning the Big 12.
