Wichita is joining together this December for the 12 Strays of Christmas, a full Audacy Wichita effort supporting the Kansas Humane Society. From December eight through nineteen, Power 93.5, KEYN, The Buzz, KNSS and KFH will spotlight a new stray of the day and share simple ways our community can support pets at KHS during the holiday season.
Along with meeting each pet, listeners can help the Kansas Humane Society by donating items the shelter relies on every day. Requested items include soft dog treats, soft cat treats or Churu, canned pumpkin, spray cheese, cereal such as Cheerios or Chex, dried blueberries or cranberries, Kong toys and Greenies pill pockets for both cats and dogs.
