K-State coach Jerome Tang got a second transfer player, former Creighton forward Arthur Kaluma, on Sunday, more than a month after signing North Texas guard Tylor Perry.

Kaluma, a 6-foot-7, 205-pound wing who was a two-year starter at Creighton and helped the Bluejays reach the NCAA Tournament's Elite Eight last season, was a national top-50 high school recruit in the Class of 2021.

Kaluma's commitment ended a portal drought for K-State, which had been without several high-profile transfers since luring Conference USA player of the year Perry in early May. Tang, on the other hand, has demonstrated in his year-plus as head coach that he is ready to wait for the proper fit.
