It was a one-sided matchup on Sunday afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium, the Las Vegas Raiders in Kansas City to face the Chiefs. The Chiefs defense was very good, limiting the Raiders to 3 first downs. In the entire game.
On the other side of the ball, the Chiefs had WR Rashee Rice back form injury and a 6 game suspension and an offense firing on all cylinders. QB Patrick Mahomes threw for 286 yards with 3 touchdowns, two of them to Rice. Rice finished with seven catches for 42 yards.
Even Chiefs miscues seemed to go their way. At one point a pass out of the hands of one Chiefs receiver wound up in the hands of another. And a fumble after a catch found its way bouncing directly into the hands of a Chiefs teammate.
It was a massive Chiefs blowout of the Las Vegas Raiders, 31-0. For the first time this season the Chiefs have a winning record, improving to 4-3. Next up for KC, the Chiefs host the Washington Commanders next Monday night.
