Dale Faber, long-time men's basketball coach at Friends University in Wichita, has announced this will be his final season as coach of the Falcons.
This will be Faber's 18th and final season as head coach at Friends. Before his stint with the Falcons, he was also an assistant coach at Wichita State, and the head coach of the Bishop Carroll high school boy's basketball team.
Coach Faber has led Friends to seven appearances in the NAIA national postseason tournament, and he twice has been named as the KCAC Coach of the Year.
