Former Wichita Wingnuts outfielder David Peralta is having a red-hot week at the plate in the major leagues for the Arizona Diamondbacks.
On Wednesday night in Phoenix, Arizona snapped a five-game losing streak with an 8-3 win over the San Diego Padres.
Starting in left field, Peralta was 2-for-4 at the plate with a stolen base and a run scored.
During the past week, Peralta is batting .467 for the Diamondbacks.
