Friday evening, Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio announced that he'll be joined by Golic as his co-host on Monday editions of "PFT Live" during the 2021 NFL season. Florio's usual co-host, former NFL quarterback Chris Simms, will be busy with other responsibilities for NBC's coverage of the league that will prevent him from being on the show to open the week.

Golic played alongside Hall of Famer Reggie White on the Philadelphia Eagles defensive line during his eight-year NFL career, but has found even more success in his second profession.

Most notably, Golic and Mike Greenberg hosted "Mike & Mike" from January of 2000 until November of 2017. In total, Golic worked in various roles at ESPN from 1995 until 2020. The 58-year-old was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame alongside Greenberg in 2018.
