For a 13-time All-Star, three-time NBA champion and no-doubt future Hall of Famer, Dwyane Wade's 46-game stint as a Cleveland Cavalier was about as unremarkable as they come.

It had the potential to be splashy, seeing as he was reunited with LeBron James on a Cavaliers team that had been the Eastern Conference champion for the past three seasons. It's not that he didn't have his moments — he had some vintage games, like the Nov. 5 clash with the Hawks in which he dropped 25 points along with 11 rebounds and six assists — but overall, he was a shell of the player he once was. He averaged 11.2 points — by far his career low — and was almost wholly subjected to a bench role at age 36. By midseason, he was traded to the Miami Heat, where he ultimately (and appropriately) ended his career.

Needless to say, a 46-game career as a backup in Cleveland isn't the most memorable moment of any NBA player's journey through the association, and Wade is aware of that himself. After AL.com columnist Joseph Goodman tweeted out a picture of a Cavaliers lineup featuring another D. Wade — second-year power forward Dean Wade, who plays in a limited capacity off the bench — the elder Wade had some fun with the observation.

And based on what we saw from Flash throughout his stay in Cleveland, that might not be the most difficult goal for Dean Wade to achieve. Still, the power forward has a ways to go. He just barely broke into the rotation for the Cavs and is only averaging 1.7 points per game on 28.6 percent shooting. It's still early, but his future is about as foggy as it gets.

Dwyane Wade's tweet prompted another popular account to post some of his best highlights while playing for the Cavaliers, and it reminded us that although he wasn't amazing at that point in his career, he still had more than a few tricks up his sleeve.
