Antonio Brown is voicing his complaints on Twitter, again.

The wide receiver currently without a team took a jab at the Oakland Raiders on Saturday morning with a tweet claiming the team only used him to boost HBO’s ratings for “Hard Knocks” and referred to his former teammates as “scrubs.”

Brown was cut by the Raiders before the start of the season and is currently engaged in a legal battle over receiving his guaranteed money, which was $29.125 million, but his Saturday morning tweet is a bit of a headscratcher, and not just the latter part that seems undecipherable.

Brown was traded to the Raiders in March, and HBO did not announce its team selected for “Hard Knocks” until June. HBO’s ratings also have no bearing on the Raiders as an organization whatsoever.

The only impact ratings could possibly have on the team is indirectly, in the form of publicity — good or bad — that it receives from being on the show.

Brown’s assertion that his guarantees were “ripped” from him is also not entirely accurate, either. Brown was the one who publicly requested that the Raiders release from the team in an Instagram post and celebrated his release in a YouTube video.

What the rest of the tweet means is anyone’s guess, but Brown also seemed to take a shot at Raiders quarterback Derek Carr in an additional tweet Saturday morning.

Brown suggested that Carr did not want him on the team and said that the Raiders quarterback can send the Rolex Brown got him to Tom Brady.

This has not been the first time Brown has sounded off on social media since his 2019 season came to a halt.

Following Brown’s release from the New England Patriots after just one game in September, he took shots at Robert Kraft, Ben Roethlisberger and the NFL, declaring he was done with the league.

He has since expressed interest to return to the field, but is subject of a league investigation over a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him in Florida.

Brown, who reportedly listed his Pittsburgh mansion for sale, is also trying to get back his guaranteed money from both the Raiders and Patriots, filing grievances against both teams.
