Wichita State has launched a searh to find another head baseball coach.
WSU athletic director Kevin Saal said Tuesday in a news release that interum coach Loren Hibbs will not return next season.
Hibbs was named conference coach of the year and led the Shockers to a 3rd place conference finish with a 13 - 10 record.
The Shockers also led the league with five players in the first team all-conference list.
Hibbs took over the Shockers on an interim basis following the departure of coach Eric Wedge early this year.
