Planet Fitness is widely loved for its cheap memberships and large gyms full of equipment, but the brand is working hard to provide users with healthy workouts at home too. The gym is streaming "work-ins" on Facebook at 7 p.m. (Eastern) that even feature celebrity guests on occasion.

Made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger back in his bodybuilding days, Gold's is a classic gym chain out of California. The gym normally offers videos online and on its app, and the gym is offering those videos for free until the end of May.
Peloton
The famous spin bike brand is offering its class app for free to new users for the next three months. It's worth checking out even if you don't like spinning. Options include yoga, bodyweight cardio routines, strength training, and meditation.
YMCA
The Y has long been a community hub and that hasn't changed during the coronavirus crisis. With YMCA 360, the Y is coming to regulars (or anyone) at home with on-demand video workouts and youth programs.
Crunch Fitness
The online Crunch Live platform is free for members and nonmembers right now. The 45-day free trial offers users over 100 workouts that range from barre to kickboxing.
CorePower Yoga
"This is when we all need yoga most," declares the CorePower Yoga On Demand hub. The brand is offering free access to a handful of workout videos that are worth repeating every time you feel tense while social distancing (aka every day). The brand is also offering Instagram Live videos on occasion.
