February 1 is Harry Styles' 28th birthday, so obviously we thought why not take a trip down memory lane for some of our fashion king's most iconic style moments.

There's no denying it, Harry Styles is a fashion king among men, subverting gender norms through fashion one outfit at a time. And while he's certainly not the first (Elton John, Prince and David Bowie come first to mind) or the only, amongst a wave of young men currently dipping their toe into the wide world of fashion (we're thinking— Timothée Chalamet and Kid Cudi). He's currently one of few that values his aesthetic, and for that he should be celebrated, plus it's his birthday, so.
Harry is all about having fun and being expressive. Making both men, women and other want to be him, be with him, or both. Playing with silhouettes, bold colors, loud patterns, frills, bows, glitter, and lots and lots of Gucci, Harry's fashion sense knows no bounds, and that's the way he, and we, like it.
So, like we previously said — as he rings in the big two-eight, it only seems fit (lol get it) to look back at some of his *chef's kiss* fashion moments.
Fair warning though, because there's obviously lots to choose from, lots of looks have been left out. And since we can't be here all day, we've opted to forego listing any of his epic tour stage looks, so please don't @ us.

Getty ImagesPerforming at the 2020 Brit Awards where Styles earned nominations for Best Album and Best Male Solo Artist, Harry took to the stage to serenade us with "Falling" while wearing an incredible bespoke lace Gucci jumpsuit with matching gloves.
2.It's giving Clueless with a splash of Showgirls
Getty ImagesYou guys, he's wearing a purple feather boa, on the 2021 GRAMMY's red carpet no less — and there's nothing weird about it. Sorry, but that is pure talent, and if you try to claim otherwise, to you we say — As if! Paired with a striped salmon v-neck sweater vest, topped with a mustard, yellow and black houndstooth jacket, Harry is committed to putting grandpa chic on the map, one red carpet at a time.
3.Another "Golden" moment at the BRITS

For the 2021 BRIT Awards, Harry showed up in a bold Seventies-inspired Gucci Aria suit paired with brown leather bag with a bamboo handle. It's been nearly a year since Styles donned the retro chic wool and silk double-breasted ensemble (with macro framed sequence print) and it's safe to say we're still obsessed and don't see that changing any time soon.

5.The first Friday in May — 2019
Getty ImagesThere's a lot to individually appreciate about Harry's 2019 Campy Rock custom Gucci Met Gala look. The tattoo baring sheer black frilly lace shirt with buttons down the back, his extra high-waisted pleated pants, or the single drop pearl earring. But when it's all put together, this look straight up solidified his place among menswear elite. Mic drop, nuff said.
