Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - More fans are about to be welcomed back to the Fortress.

It was announced Thursday that the Vegas Golden Knights have received permission to fill the T-Mobile Arena to 20 percent capacity starting with Monday's game against the San Jose Sharks.

VGK officials had originally hoped for 20 percent capacity as fans were allowed back, but Clark County originally only allowed 15 percent instead. That worked out to approximately 2,600 fans in attendance

The expanded capacity limit will allow roughly 3,500 fans in to root the Knights on.
