The “Bruised” actress took to Instagram to reveal how she stays in such phenomenal shape.
While some choose yoga, pilates, or HIIT, the 55-year-old opted for skateboarding as part of her personal fitness regiment.
The star went boarding with her personal trainer and friend, Peter Lee Thomas.
As for her skateboarding outfit, Berry put her toned legs on display for all to see in colorful bikini bottoms and a white front knot tee.
She let her loose curls fall across her shoulders and skipped the skater shoes as she hit the board barefoot.
And she let her wild side shine with a fun accessory – red heart-shaped glasses.
The actress's latest Instagram aesthetic has included posting three photos at a time, so naturally, she shared a series of skateboarding photos as part of her promotion for her fitness brand, respin.

“It’s important to encourage yourself and others throughout your fitness journey,” she captioned one of the photos as she urged fans to check out the workout of the week.
And to really motivate her 7.6 million followers, she urged them to “get moving.”
Berry kept the motivational messages coming, captioning a second photo: "Always work to be the best version of yourself while landing on two feet... or four wheels."
Thomas took to the comments to note that “Teamwork makes the dreamwork! ❤”
