Kevin Costner and estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, will no longer share the same roof.
Per a judge’s order, Baumgartner must leave the California home by the end of July. Costner was “relieved” by this ruling, according to PEOPLE’s sources.
Baumgartner attended the judge’s decision in person, while Costner was in attendance via Zoom. He remained on mute, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Baumgartner filed for divorce from the “Yellowstone” star on May 1 and has remained in the home. However, Costner feels a clause in their prenuptial agreement would have required her to leave in 30 days.
Baumgartner had asked the court to remain in the home until Aug. 31 with Costner requesting she be out by July 13, according to PEOPLE.
The former couple share three kids together – Cayden, Hayes, and Grace.
