Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - For the first time since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, there are no longer any mandated restrictions on Clark County businesses.

Effective Tuesday, venues can go back to 100 percent capacity, with distancing and face covering requirements being decided by the individual businesses instead of mandated by the state.

Clark County had been gradually relaxing restrictions as Covid-19 vaccination numbers increased, with many businesses already leaving it up to the customer's discretion as to whether to wear a face covering.

The Fremont Street Experience celebrated the lifting of restrictions with live music on all stages at 12:01 Tuesday morning.

As far as mask wearing, you’ll still have to wear them on public transportation, and at airports.
