Actor Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin are separating, according to multiple reports.
Flavin filed the papers from Palm Beach County, Florida, according to PEOPLE Magazine.
Although the reasons for the divorce are unclear, documents obtained by TMZ revealed Flavin accused the ‘Rocky’ actor of “hiding marital assets.”
“Pursuant to Section 61.075, Florida Statues, equity dictates that the Wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor,” the documents said.
“Moreover, the Husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of proceedings."
In a statement from his reps, Stallone said, “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
The news comes days after Stallone ignited divorce rumors after the tattoo he had of Flavin on his arm were covered up with a picture of his late dog and ‘Rocky’ costar, Butkus.
Stallone and Flavin were married for 25 years.
