Wonho’s solo journey has been nothing but dance-able bop after dance-able bop, and Love Synonym #2: Right for Us, his sophomore album, holds the keys to the K-Pop artist’s kingdom.

“Ain’t About You,” the standout, English language track, featuring Kiiara now has a breathing new music video to go along with the song. Wonho’s collaboration with Kiiara symbolizes the first time the pop star has collaborated with an American artist.

In a crisp white suit, Wonho is in a lavish hotel room, surrounded by bright floral arrangements as he sings about needing space from a potentially shady lover.

As Kiiara comes into frame, the singer-songwriter is in a dazzling gown set against a stark desert backdrop. Her candy-colored pink locks flow in the breeze as she sings the line, “it's so hard to persist, a love that hurts like this.”

Wonho and Kiiara play the parts of a couple heading towards the end well, and reiterate that they’re both moving on with the classic line, “this ain’t about you.”

As he drives his G-Wagon through the city streets, he questions “how you stay out til 4AM, how you can’t tell me where you been?”

Aside from lamenting over his wandering partner, Wonho works out all of his questions with smooth choreography that flashes between shots of Kiiara driving her convertible through the desert.

The video reaches its peak when Wonho smashes the flower arrangements in his hotel room and Kiiara destroys the box of roses that Wonho presumably sent her, symbolizing the “end.”
