The two monkeys, Bella and Finn, were found unharmed at an abandoned house in Lancaster.

Irvin was identified as a person of interest after the police received a tip from one of the members of the Lancaster church that owns the home.

It is unclear at this moment if Irvin has an attorney.  His bail was reportedly set at $25,000.
