Anthony Alfano is a 12-year-old from Chicago who has become known for his elaborate Halloween costumes. Alfano has cerebral palsy, and over the years, his wheelchair has been incorporated into his costumes.

In years past, Alfano has had mannequins attached to his chair to dress as the Blue Man Group, and has even sported an entire replica of Wheel of Fortune. This year's costume, however, pays tribute to another Chicago-area legend: Ferris Beuller.

A homemade 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California, exactly like the model used in the 1986 movie, was built around Alfano's wheelchair, along with two dummies of Ferris Bueller and Sloane Peterson sitting in the back. Alfano, of course, will be dressed as the third member of their trio Cameron Frye.

Deanna and Tony Alfano go all-out to make sure Anthony shines every Halloween, since he is non-verbal. Tony told ABC7 "I wish he could be running around with the kids, but this is his time to just be the guy."
