Every order that contains a side salad going forward will contain a note stating that the chain will be removing it from the menu beginning April 3.

The Chick-fil-A in Tifton, GA posted an image of the note online, where it informs customers, “We want to continue providing you the quality food and service you’ve come to expect, so we’ve had to make some hard choices about what we continue to offer on our menu.”
In a statement, a representative from Chick-fil-A explained, “Serving guests is at the heart of all we do at Chick-fil-A.
“In order for our Restaurant Team Members to continue to deliver quality food and signature hospitality, at times we have to make difficult decisions to help simplify our menu. Starting April 3, the Chick-fil-A Side Salad will no longer be offered in our U.S. restaurants.”
According to NBC DFW, the size of the Kale Crunch Side will be increased, which the restaurant says could serve as an alternative for some guests.
